PRESENTATION

The Eterinox Line Single Wall Accessories include a wide range of components to complete the installation of the Flue System, including: collars, converse covering, chimney supports, silicones, identification plates, etc..

FITTING THE COVER OF THE SLANTED OR FLAT STAINLESS STEEL CONVERSE

  • Phase 1:  Working from the top, place the flat or slanted converse on the end part the cover.
  • Phase 2:  Wrap the converse covering around the pipe, tightening the fixings and sealing with silicone

MOUNTING THE ADJUSTABLE WALL BRACKET

The adjustable wall bracket is not designed to support the weight of the elements but simply to keep them anchored to the wall.

Notes:

  • Maximum distance between two adjustable wall brackets: 2m
  • Maximum height from the last adjustable wall bracket: 1.5m (stainless steel) 1.2m (copper)
  • Adjustability: from min. 3cm to max. 8cm

Note: the values given refer to a closed bracket; the reinforcement is available from diam. 180 to diam. 400

Phase 1::
Fix the retainer on the wall with appropriate expansion bolts (not supplied)		 Phase 2:
Tighten the two bolts supplied on the retainer with their nuts

Phase 1::
Put another two nuts in and tighten them to reach the distance required. Put the first collar on.		 Phase 4:
Put the element against the first collar. Put the second collar on and tighten with the remaining nuts.

Accessories for single wall

STAINLESS STEEL LONG BRACKETS

This component is normally used together with the 0° outlet Element for both the single and dual wall chimney.
It can be used to support sub-horizontal sections of the pipe.

Used as a watertight closing plug T200 P1 on a male coupling. The sealing ring conforms to EN 14241/1. In the art.4592 version the sealing ring is replaced by a steel spring by means of which a T600 N1 designation can be obtained.
