During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this website acquire, when the site is loaded into the browser, some personal data which is implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. DATA PROCESSING FOR ASSISTANCE/CUSTOMER CARE PURPOSES
Fibrotubi S.r.l. will process user data for general assistance and customer care activities and therefore to respond to requests for information from users or to respond to complaints, reports, litigations.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent, to be provided freely before sending the data collection form.

In case of opposition Fibrotubi S.r.l. refrains from further processing of users’ personal data for this purpose, unless it proves the existence of legitimate compelling reasons for processing that prevail over the interests and rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court.

In this case, consent to the processing of personal data is not a contractual obligation. The data subject has the right to provide personal data; however, if such data is not provided, it will not be possible to carry out any marketing activities. The Data Controller informs that, in relation to the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, it is still possible to exercise this right in part, i.e. by opposing, for example, only the sending of promotional communications by automated and/or digital means or, alternatively, by traditional means.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 15-21 of EU Regulation no.2016/679, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction.
Users also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
