| Performance requirements according to the designation | ||
| Temperature level T120 — operation with a nominal flue gas temperature below 120 °C. | ||
| Pressure level | P1
H1 | Operation with positive and negative pressure up to 200 Pa. Permissible leakage less than 0.006 l/m²
Operation with positive and negative pressure up to 5000 Pa. Acceptable leakage less than 0.006 l/sm². |
| Operation with positive and negative pressure up to 5000 Pa. Acceptable leakage less than 0.006 l/sm². | ||
| Corrosion resistance: V2. Operation with Gas, LPG, and Diesel with a sulfur content ≤ 0.2% by mass. | ||
| Installation location: Isolated inside buildings. | ||
| Fire reaction: D. The scale ranges from F (products that cannot be classified as fire-resistant) to A1 (products that do not contribute to any phase of the fire). Class D products can withstand a small flame for a short period without substantial propagation. | ||

| Fire resistance from the inside: O, does not resist fire from the inside. | ||
| Distance from combustible materials: (20)(20) = minimum 20mm. | ||
Installation
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the elements with the female socket facing upwards.
- Use the appropriate sliding connector for the male-female joint, and for horizontal installations, always maintain an inclination of 3°.
- Respect compression loads and non-vertical installation requirements.
ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Wind load resistance:
- Distance between wall brackets: NPD m
- Free length from the last bracket: 3 meters.
Compression resistance:
- Maximum load for linear elements: 30 meters.
- Maximum load for 90° straight connector: 30 meters.
- Maximum load for wall-mounted chimney support: 30 meters.
Tensile and bending resistance (straight elements):
- Maximum tensile load (means of connection of elements and chimney fittings): NPDm.
- Non-vertical installations: NPD
- Non-vertical installations: distance between wall chimney supports = NPD (No Performance Determined)
Tensile and bending resistance (non-linear elements):
- Non-vertical installations: NPD
FLUE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Scheduled maintenance carried out by qualified personnel:
- Unless otherwise required by regulations or agreed with users, the following maintenance intervals are recommended:
- Gaseous fuels: once per year;
- Liquid fuels: once every 6 months;
- Cleaning using a soft plastic brush or sponge of the flue pipe, the technical compartment for air supply and ventilation of the ducts, the inspection connection, the chimney cap; checking the free flow of flue gases and condensate, etc.
