INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
This notice describes the processing operations carried out on users’ personal data collected through the website during browsing and through the voluntary submission of personal data when sending requests to the Data Controller.
This notice is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services of Fibrotubi S.r.l., accessible electronically at the following web addresses:

THE DATA CONTROLLER
Following consultation of this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
Fibrotubi S.r.l., with registered office in Bagnolo in Piano (RE), Via Provinciale Sud 5, VAT No. 01236590350, is the Data Controller of the personal data of users collected when using the Website Services. Fibrotubi S.r.l. will process personal data for the following purposes: processing of data for assistance/customer care purposes.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
BROWSING DATA.
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation when the site is loaded in the browser, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which, by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its proper functioning, and they are deleted immediately after processing.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data when requested in specific sections of the website. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
DATA PROCESSING FOR ASSISTANCE/CUSTOMER CARE PURPOSES
Fibrotubi S.r.l. will process users’ data for general assistance and customer care activities, and therefore to respond to requests for information from users or to address complaints, reports, or disputes.
The legal basis for this processing is consent, which must be freely given before submitting the data collection form.

In the event of an objection, Fibrotubi S.r.l. will refrain from further processing the user’s personal data for such purposes unless it demonstrates the existence of compelling legitimate grounds to continue the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

This constitutes the data subject’s consent, expressed in accordance with this notice.
In this case, consent to the processing of personal data is not a contractual obligation. The data subject has the option to provide personal data; however, if such data are not provided, it will not be possible to carry out any marketing activities.
The Data Controller also informs that, with regard to the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the data subject may exercise this right partially, for example by objecting only to the sending of promotional communications through automated and/or digital tools or, alternatively, through traditional methods.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Pursuant to Articles 15–21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy, or request their completion, updating or rectification.
Users also have the right to request the deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
