Fibroself channels

FibroSelf is a concrete (RC) drainage channel reinforced with synthetic fibers, produced using a vibro-casting process in XF4 exposure class. It is durable, lightweight, and easy to install. Also ideal for DIY use, it is perfect for the drainage or conveyance of rainwater in limited spaces. where its compact size becomes particularly functional. Thanks to its light weight and reduced volume, it can be easily transported even with a standard passenger car.
The special composition of the innovative fiber-reinforced concrete has made it possible to significantly reduce thickness while maintaining the same strength, surpassing the performance of so-called “polymeric” channels and eliminating environmental impact.
The FibroSelf channel is equipped with hot-dip galvanized cast iron gratings with slotted openings and an elastic spring clip locking system.
Application: in pedestrian and cycle areas. Load class A15.

SK channels

GEA SK channels in cast concrete (C45/50), with a simple and essential design, are equipped with galvanized or cast iron gratings, the latter featuring edge-protection profiles for complete channel coverage. Versions with cast iron gratings are fitted with galvanized edge rails and fixing bolts.
Application: roadside areas, private or low-traffic areas such as parking areas, green spaces, pedestrian zones, etc.
Load classes: A15, B125, C250.

EVO channels

GEA EVO channels in cast concrete are made with high-performance XF4 cement and are equipped with a 4 mm thick L-shaped edge protection profile, which serves as both protection and grating housing.
The heel-safe gratings in ductile cast iron or galvanized steel are fitted with a safety locking system and are pre-mounted on the channels using M10 bolts.
All gratings are designed to ensure high tire smoothness and high rainwater collection capacity.
Application: areas with traffic, including low-speed heavy vehicles such as historic centers, parking areas, hypermarkets, stations, parks, etc.
Load classes: B125, C250, D400.
