Whistleblowing
Fibrotubi S.r.l. promotes a transparent corporate culture based on ethics, fairness, and integrity, in compliance with laws and regulations, as well as with applicable standards and guidelines.
For this reason, Fibrotubi S.r.l. encourages its legal representatives, directors, managers and employees, as well as all third parties interacting with the company, to report any violations they become aware of within the work environment. To support this, the company provides internal reporting channels, including a dedicated telephone line and an advanced web platform accessible from any device, also allowing anonymous reporting and the possibility to select languages other than Italian.
Reports may concern information regarding violations that harm the public interest or the integrity of a public administration or private entity. They may concern violations (of national law or EU law) that have already occurred, as well as those not yet committed when there are concrete elements suggesting that they may occur.
Irregularities related to the management or organization of activities cannot be reported, nor can disputes, claims, or requests related to a personal interest of the reporting person or of the person who has filed a complaint with the judicial or accounting authority, when these relate exclusively to their individual employment relationship or public employment, or to their employment relationship with hierarchically superior figures.
The Whistleblowing Reporting System has been designed in full compliance with the provisions set out in Legislative Decree. No. 231/2001, EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree of 10 March 2023, No. 24.
